Handcrafted in our own workshop in Copenhagen for 30 years
Service, quality, materials, craftsmanship, professionalism, friendliness, humanity.
It's getting to the point where I can call it my life's work. My gold shop, my workshop, my love. In fact, it's mostly about love.
I trained in 1991 at what was then one of Denmark's largest goldsmith companies. For a couple of years, I worked as a goldsmith and designer in their model workshop, also looking after the apprentices. All that was to become my livelihood.
In 1995, I bought an old, crooked shop in Frederiksberg.
I worked until my fingers bled and the loan was paid off, and in 1997, I moved Milas to Kompagnistræde 8.
The rest is history, my history.

Sustainability & Ethics
At Milas Jewellery, we focus heavily on doing the best we can for our world and future.
We can do this, among other things, by knowing about the materials we work with, where they come from, and the journey they have taken until they end up in our hands.
In addition, sustainability and consumption are on our minds every single day - this applies, for example, to the choice of shipping packaging, the frequency of material deliveries to avoid unnecessary transport, and the selection of partners who also have sustainability in mind.
We keep an eye on all purchases we make, from tools, cleaning products, and boxes to precious metals and gemstones.
Becoming a sustainable company is a long and arduous process, but we focus on a more sustainable everyday life every day.
