TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT MILAS V/MINNA LUND

PAYMENT

Milas v/Minna Lund accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank transfer (in the event of bank transfer, you are not protected by the right of objection).

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or

2) the funds are released according to agreement with your card issuer.

 

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

We do not charge card fees.

DELIVERY

Milas v/Minna Lund aims to ship orders placed before 5 PM on the same day; orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
We ship worldwide.
Your goods can be shipped with PostNord, DAO, Bring or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be specifically stated before purchasing these items.

Right of complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. This is subject to the complaint being justified.The complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you complain within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Milas v/Minna Lund will cover return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified.

Shipments sent cash on delivery are not accepted. We only accept packages sent directly to the address.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.  

Return policy

A 14-day full right of return is granted for goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You physically receive the last item when it concerns an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
- You physically receive the last batch, or last part when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- You physically receive the first item when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after you have received the item, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification should be sent by email to info@milas.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to send the item back to us, please fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously giving clear notice thereof.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that have been clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. Please include a copy of the order confirmation in the package or other form of documentation for your purchase
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore try the item without actually putting it into use.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a reduction in the value of the item.)

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid to us back.
In case of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.

Complaints

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

To complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,220 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 790. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

Personal data policy related to purchases in the shop

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

 We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Milas v/Minna Lund and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

The data controller on milas.dk is Milas v/Minna Lund.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to. This may be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it.
